Absolutely terrible, worst experience I’ve ever had. I could not get in contact with customer service, I had to message them through Instagram eventually just to get information about a return. They were reluctant to give a refund even though my package was in perfect condition. They said they would email me once they got my package, which was not true, I had to email them myself asking for a refund. Terrible customer service and the product isnot as good as they say.

There was no indication to me you now have an updated model. It became evident after I had paid for the original Birdie. I was bummed the site didn't alert me to the upgrade before completing my purchase. I would have chosen the upgrade. Trouble is since I ordered 3 add'l Birdies in that order it's unlikely I'll be ordering more & experience the upgrade. The original will serve me nicely. Would have been nice to be aware of the upgrade option before I repurchased the first type of Birdie.
