First order I purchased was in stock and after I purchased I was told the items in my bundle will come separately which took maybe 2 weeks for ab roller and a month for the waist trainer. Items aren't really that good quality either and the website is shut down so no way of returning unwanted items. In general I love the redgefit though just with the original resistance bands and not the other items
