This is a high quality piece of machinery worth every penny. Coming with 6 different attachments, each powerful and uniquely crafted, to satisfy your whole body. The ONLY problem is that everyone in your household will be wanting massages. Comes in a portable bag making it incredibly easy to travel with as well. Truly one of the best massage guns out there at an unbeatable price point. Great customer service as well. Would give 10 stars if possible.

This is a great standalone set or addition to bands with handles for those doing calisthenic/outdoor/at home exercise. This is a great addition to our home workout equipment. The resistance allowed my wife and I to do a lot of the core exercise that targets the whole body. The bar is padded enough and is easy to grip. We looked online for exercise routines for this pilates bar, and we change it up try to tone up the muscles. I use it 5 times a week and am not a light individual. So I am giving the yoga mat 5 stars because I think it is a fantastic yoga mat for regular yoga! It was super thick and had good grip.

Started yoga 3x a week to help with tight muscles from cycling a lot. Had been using just cheap foam mats that would kill my knees and decided to get a better mat. This seemed to have good reviews and in the price range I was looking for. I am impressed with the difference in this mat and the cheap ones. There is no slipping, stretching or bunching with this mat. Padding is perfect thickness to offer padding for my knees.
