I ordered redge fit band & bar 2 weeks after my weights, bench,dumbbells and I lie to you not my weight have become the mix in to my redge fit. My redge fit Is my main work out tool and I throw the weights in the work out. I honestly feel sore places I wasn't feeling when I was just lifting weights alone.

After reviewing many ad's on the product, I finally decided to give it a try. I go to the gym 3 times per week and enjoy weight lifting. At first, I did not believe that I would get a similar workout. After trying the product, I can say that the workout is excellent and you do get a similar "pump" from the exercises. This is a great product! I can do everything I need to get a good workout in. This is so much more than just resistance bands. I am taking this with me when I travel to Argentina next month, then off to Germany. Redgefit will be going with me. It is well work the money you pay for it. Customer service is great too. The hole where the two half’s of the bar couple together is covered by the wrap. That makes it difficult to line up the bolt with the hole. I could use a diagram of the parts, in case I need to order a new one, especially the clips that keep the straps in place. Otherwise, it’s the best portable workout experience one could hope for.
