Depending on your type of workout this actually has the exact technique as what the gyms have, I spend 45 min max on my workout and that’s pretty much enough.. needless to say it’s very light weight and fits in the corner

Very good when it comes to full extension of muscles. The transition of the muscle while utilizing the equipment gave a full experience of tightness and firmed muscle at the end of each exercise. Love it so far , and the cool thing is I can take it everywhere with me to continue my workouts 🙌🏽

This looked interesting when I saw it online, but was not expecting much. I have been a personal trainer and am well versed in various "new' exercise devices. I was very surprised by how much I like this device and it has worked its way into my daily workouts. Easy to learn and use. Surprisingly strong resistance from what look like little bands. I am pleased to have purchased this device. It will not travel with me and my TRX straps.

As a truck driver, I have limited time to spare and it can be very difficult to ark a tractor trailer in the parking lot of a gym. With the Redge Fit, I can do a lot of resistance training inside and of the truck. The app is also very helpful and easy to navigate for the instructions.

I received my Redgefit in mail yesterday and I must say, I haven't been able to put it down. This device is amazing. The resistance bands are made really durable. And it is put together very well. The handy carrying bag and easy breakdown makes it readily available for travel. And at 46 years old, it's the ultimate shred machine for middle to upper aged people.
