Not only did it take an entire month to receive the delivery, they ignored my email inquiring about our order for 2 full weeks. Then finally emailed advising they were delayed due to the purple sea moss needing more drying time. Then we received the order with wet purple sea moss so not only does it need to be dried more with concerns of it shipping damp, but wet seamoss weighs more therefore they completely
