Great product! It comes just as described. I soaked some in spring water as directed, then made a gel using my blender. I didn’t realize how much it would swell, and I had some left over, so I froze the rest for later. Today I took it out of the freezer to thaw so I can make another batch. It looks great!

Made way too much for my first time, but it's in the freezer, so it's very convenient to have more when I run out.
