For a company that is supposedly locked-in on what athletes need, you do an atrocious job of accommodating injured athletes’ post-surgery limitations relating to being submerged in water. Any ankle surgery, knee surgery, hand or elbow surgery, or even back/neck surgery mean you can’t plunge for maybe 6+ weeks…but your company doesn’t care and won’t accommodate. I tried and got denied. I think that’s hypocritical and myopic.
