Where do I even start. From the get go this has been a horrible experience. My longpod had a slow leak in the seam that ended up flooding my bathroom overnight. Chiller leaking from the top where hoses attach. Far more difficult set up than advertised. Return process is a nightmare. Support has now asked me 5+ times if I’m sure I want to return it. Making me pay to return all the other items I ordered with it. Horrible. Will never buy from again and will steer as many people away as possible
