Your customer service is terrible, it's impossible to reach anyone and actually talk, your product is pitifully flimsy and inherently ineffective at the one task it is literally designed to do. It can't cool water in the snowiest city in the county much less anywhere else. It was a horrible experience and I will whole heatedly do my best to make sure anyone I know who might even think of buying your product is steered to a different direction due to the experience I had.

Shopping was easy. Of course. Taking money is always easy. Returning a product is a headache. They state "no questions asked" but when I needed to return a product, they dragged me through multiple emails, many questions and I'm still waiting for their assessment! And the terms and conditions they send you after you initiate a return - are not disclosed in the purchase process! They claim they sell hundreds of thousands of units but still act like a small company based in a small town America.
