I bought this sauna due to the marketing for 185 degrees. I received the sauna and used it and it maxed out at 160. I messaged support and they said this was normal and that if I wanted it to get any hotter I should put towels over it for more insulation or put it in a hotter room. Also, I was told I got a bunch of “free gifts” with the sauna but on my receipt I was clearly charged for each of them. Support said this was for internal purposes and no refund would be given. Unethical company

Initially, I had an issue with receiving my scratch offs. I contacted the company and they sent new ones. My shipment didn't arrive when it was supposed to, so I contacted the company and they took care of that as well. Lastly, I had a pretty big concern with the sauna pod releasing dangerous chemicals in the pod due to the fan and they paid for my shipping and provided me with a full refund. I would be hesitant in purchasing the sauna pod but their customer service is on point.
