Had issues with all the items in my order and notified Dowan. They sent me a replacement set of the 10 inch dishes, but did not address the rest of the issues. I order a complete set of 10 and 8.5 plates, 33 and 23 oz bowls and a set of mugs. Over half of the items had rough bottoms and patterns were crooked. And one of the replacement plates I did get had a large "blob" of ceramic baked into the finish.
