They claim to be a luxury brand when their quality is incredibly low and the garments are see through. They are unwearable to be in public let alone be working out in . I returned the items, I only wore the items to try them on and placed them back in the bags immediately. They tried to say that they had found a blemish and that they were not refunding me or that I would get a store credit minus a cleaning fee which is unacceptable as there was nothing on the garments when I returned them. All items were far too small. I'm sure your model isn't wearing XS because she's my size and statue and I purchased S and nothing fits because everything is way too small. I want to return them but you write that you don't accept DHL for return. I tried UPS but they want to charge you with custom duties of 300€, which you mentioned you won't pay. Because of that at the moment I have no possibility to return the items to you and have 5 items that I cannot wear in the value of 270€!

I’ve ordered few sets as it looked great on the girl from Ad. When arrived it’s not met my expectations, thick fabric and not that comfy. I’ve decided to return items. Huge problem with return. Finally arranged with DHL and informed them about that . Paid 250 dhs for shipment ( no free returns !!!) they emailed back to advise not to use DhL . DHL made attempts 2 times to deliver . They don’t accept my return “as they didn’t order it” nightmare, huge inconvenience and problems only.DISSATISFIED

Honestly, for the price we pay the packaging could be nicer. It was even destroyed a little bit. Had a chat with the delivery company and they replied that you should raise a complaint with them.
