A disastrous experience.
I placed an order as a private customer, but the company shipped it as a business, which caused the package to be blocked by customs. UPS confirmed that the issue came from their shipping error, and after several exchanges with customer service, nothing has been resolved for over a week.
This is completely unacceptable for a supposedly professional company β no accountability, no real solution.
