Changing a flat is painful but doable. Removing the floor mat (as per the official turbo ant video) reduces the glue’s adhesion. The video should suggest a way to deal with that. Also, as I said previously, the scooter needs a way to disable it so others can’t steal it as easily. This would make it far more usable

Thanks for proving extensive research and comparison shopping won’t always save me from a truly terrible experience.
