Thanks for proving extensive research and comparison shopping won’t always save me from a truly terrible experience. The elation I felt riding the scooter while it briefly functioned was not worth the money or time I’ve sunk into this. Not even close.

I appreciated how easy it was to buy a pair of scooters. Then when I bought a new tire and tube to repair a neighbor's scooter, they were so attentive that they checked with me to make sure I hadn't ordered the wrong parts by mistake. I appreciated that they were paying such close attention to each order and customer and that they were quick to contact me to make sure I would receive the right items.

I should have read the fine print. The site prominently advertises a 30 day return policy, but in fact the company charges a 25% restocking fee. Returns also have to be initiated within 14 days, not 30 days. I'm just going to try to resell the scooter locally at a loss. I would buy the larger model, but if it's also not great, I'd be out $150 plus shipping to return.

Simple to order, receive, and assemble. Also lots of information online to assist with assembly and getting started

Great service jus think the scooters are a bit too fragile or seem to be too good to be true if ya know what I mean.

The experience and products are good, but there are some weaknesses in the tire longevity. Tires pop too easily still :(

First scooter came with squeaks sounds coming from the shocks, I was told was normal, and I could some silicone lube as a temporary repair. This back and forth went on for days. I was told a big one on the exchange. Second scooter came nor properly secured, and missing power cord to charger. Worst shopping Experience I have ever had. Note I'm 73 and counting.

The 30 day return policy is misleading. You loose 25% and have to pay shipping. Customer service was rude. You can't talk to a supervisor or tech support. They only communicate by email but take atleast one day for each reply.
