Customer service has to constantly apologize (or lie) about supply and shipping issues. Freedom Mastery needs to master supply and demand, operations, and logistics, and stop putting the burden on customer service to apologize, understand frustration, and ask for patience.

The distribution process still needs to improve. It is the second time I had to send an email if my parcel was shipped already as I kept checking on the web site the status after purchased. The status should change fast in "shipped". If not people get upset they already paid and the shipment is not carried out. That reduce the customer experience as they will feel something is slacking. Just imprive on this and all will be fine. Thanks
