The website was very interesting with the many Planners being offered..One had to look carefully..I ordered one for a friend she wanted Blue and the smaller one, I ordered a Purple one which is larger. I am used to the Master Mind Journal, so I thought I would try this Law of Attraction Planner to see what things I can learn on this Journey of mine...we never stop learning new things that might add interest to our mind and growth...Happy Life!

I am still waiting on a resolution.

Delivery took so long. It was pretty expensive and came with old stickers from 2021. Pretty disappointed as i normally get another brand and it's the same price and better in that regard. I wanted to try something different.

Planner did not arrive. Communication was not great. Would have like the option to cancel when they found out about production and shipping issues. I am I sure if I will buy again because I really needed this to arrive at least 1.5 mo the before it did in order to get my moneys worth. I don’t mind waiting but I need to know what to expect.

Took too long to get the products even though every product I have from you is 10/10. But you have to do something about delivery time. Otherwise very happy with all my products from you.

Loved this company before but wow have they gone down hill and its very sad to see

Freedom Mastery closes customer support tickets and then ignores the customer.

Delivery took a little longer than expected

I just shared why. Read my previous entry.

Freedom mastery are a shambles of a company who took my money refused to refund it and I never received my order. They don’t reply to messages, lied about production statuses (told me in November my order was nearly done) and when I tried to reclaim the money from my bank they told my bank the item had shipped which was an outright lie as I’ve had no shipping details which they told me they would send me when they shipped my item. They are liars and crooks and should not be allowed to trade

The planners are awesome! But the delivery really sucks! More then a month waiting for delivery!

You have zero customer service and clearly your shipping takes entirely too long considering you are selling time sensitive materials.

Diary came 2 months late despite being promised it would be delivered before the new year and only after chasing the delivery, requesting a charge back and having to deal with rude condescending customer service. The diary itself was NOT what I ordered and was of poorer quality than previous diaries I’ve ordered. I would not recommend. There are a number of complaints on social media regarding non delivery. Order at your own risk.

Response times from Customer Service were very delayed.

Need faster customer service response for delayed order delivery. If I had not made an effort to get more information about my order, I probably wouldn’t have received a planner.

I would like a better update on my Custom Planner that I bought on Nov 3rd, 2025.

I love the planner, but the fact that the company went 2 months without addressing a major issue that caused delays in delivery left a sour taste in my mouth. There were so many conversations online of customers reaching out and just getting no response.

Getting emails before I received my planner were informative and helpful

I bought 2 planners during a buy 1 get 1 sale, wish it would have let me choose 2 different planners; in order to get the deal, I had to order 2 of the same planner.

Never received my agenda and we are already at the beginning of February when I placed my order in December

I ordered 2 planners on 8th November 2025. It took over 2 months for the product to be delivered. When I received the package there was only 1 planner.

Late and no response

My order took over two months to arrive. When I emailed for an update I did not receive a response.

I did not get to use it for nearly the entire month of January so that makes it hard to get into it as I had hoped. Hopefully this will help rekindle my excitement for the new year.

I totally love the planners, but the customer service is horrible

There was never a response to my inquiries about the delay in shipment.

NO RESPONSE FROM OVER 5+ EMAILS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE EXPERIENCE. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PURCHASE- ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS

Worst customer service. . No replies. Ticket closed before resolved.

You guys need to do better. You were a great when you were at Amazon, but now that you’re on your own, it all sucks the quality of the stuff that you sent us is bad and then you can throw orders in a reasonable amount of time for a year planner you shouldn’t be delivering this late.

You have zero customer service. The ordering process is confusing. I would love to return the unopened incorrect item. But you will not answer my emails or chats. I've sent 5 emails to support. Chatted 3 times. Made every effort to contact you. You don't respond.

There is an absolute disconnect between the people who work for this company/run this company and the messages of their planner.
