I ordered the Zima Dental pod Pro on a Wednesday afternoon, and paid extra for UPS expressed tracked (1-2 days) to make sure it would arrive that weekend before leaving for a monthlong trip. The item arrived Monday after I had already left and I am unable to use it. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience so far; 1 am disappointed with your "fast" delivery as indicated on your website.
