No link in chain! Cant be worn! Emailed several times no response

I ordered and payed for the two pictures and received one very blurry picture. It’s started to tarnish after the 2nd day of wearing it and I payed extra for it to come early and waited the-same amount of time for it to ship and arrive normally.

As stated, the item took too long to arrive and was shipped from an international origin. I dislike the lack of transparency regarding where a company is operating from. Dont use an address in America and ship from international origins.

Your service and packing and the ring is awesome but the photos quality needs to be improved

Customer service continues to ignore me even though they delivered the wrong good

Terrible product received (explained further in another submission). Also took 3+ weeks to arrive, when I paid extra for “rush shipping”

Ordered a gift for valentine’s day. The order not only came 1 week after valentine’s day, it was also completely different from the advertisement of it.

I ordered a 1350 pieces puzzle but it arrived a 520 pieces puzzle. I paid more money for nothing and I’ve been trying to contact you with no success. Really disappointing service

Dans l'ensemble, tout est décoré et le transport également, cependant, le coquillage n'était pas du tout dans l'eau et un peu sec, la perle ressemble à un bout de plastique avec un défaut en forme de cercle un peu trop industriel , cela fait vraiment jouet bas de gamme et de plus lors du contact par tchat pour avoir des infos le mon colis jusqu'à la livraison au genou. Aucune nouvelle ni en mail, ni sur la page de conversation alors qu'il est ecri que le service est rapide et réponds rapidement

My package was supposed to deliver by the 14th considering I spent around 10 extra dollars for faster shipping and it appeared on my end that it would be showing up before then. It showed up on the 20th, which is extremely inconvenient.
