I am very disappointed with my recent rush order for a custom engraved bangle bracelet for my husband and me. Not only did the order arrive later than promised, but I also received the wrong item.
Because the bracelet arrived late, I was unable to give it to my husband as a Valentine’s Day gift as planned. This was extremely upsetting, especially since I paid for rush processing to ensure it would arrive on time.
In addition, the bracelet I received does not match the item shown in the listing

Today is Tuesday the 17th of February. I ordered 30 pcs. Glitter roses on Thursday the 5th of February - AND I even purchased ‘’rush my order’’, to make sure it got there in time for Valentine’s.
So, the express order I made with ‘’Fabu Love’’, took 12 days to get to me and 3 whole days after Valentine’s.
I spent €97.80 EUR for this order - INCLUDING the mentioned ‘’rush my oder’’ option AND ‘’shipping protection’’.
