Misleading advertising, insanely long delivery time with no updates for initial ETA. Didn’t even know where product was most of the time until USPS tracking took over. Product came disassembled. Assembly instructions were a for a different version of product. Will never order from you again.

The package came days late, and when it finally did arrive, the delivery company left it on the floor of an open mail room, basically in the entry of my building. Where anybody and everybody walks by complete laziness on the delivery so I never even got to see the flowers. Plus a mad Valentine.
on top of that I’m having trouble even getting a refund.
