Good service but Although there was a slight delay with the pickup process, the customer support responded and helped resolve the issue.
I think the exchange process could be improved. It would be much more convenient if, after the exchange is approved, the delivery partner could collect the old item & hand over the new item at the same time, just like many other online companies. This would make the entire exchange process faster & more customer friendly.
