I had a terrible experience with Palmonas. I purchased items under their "Buy 1 Get 1" offer, but the product I received was defective—the gold colour was already faded.When I returned the defective item, the company only issued a partial refund (50%), claiming it was because of the offer. This is a total breach of consumer trust. You shouldn't be financially penalised for receiving a damaged product.
I’ve reached out to their support and the Nodal Officer, but still don't get response of mails.
