The customer service was also not very helpful when I tried to contact them.The biggest issue was the incorrect information on the website. If the Palmonas team knows about an error,they should inform customers and provide accurate information through calls or emails.Unfortunately,I received no proper response.Overall, I’m not satisfied with my experience.thank you
