Edit 2nd May 2026: so after leaving a couple or bad reviews and messaging support again, the package was apparently missing in transit so was given an option of replacement or refund which can happen. But I wish they had a system to notify me when an issue occurs. Updated review to reflect that.
Never arrived, generic copy pasted emails from customer support, is this not even a real product? Just 3 emails asking me to review a product that never arrived? Tracking number that was for the wrong address and then an updated one that never went past "ready for shipment" over 2 months ago?
