My order was delivered wrong and of the 4x duckeys ordered, one is faulty (missing it's bill). These were Christmas presents for children so it took the shine off a little on Christmas day. I contact customer support and they are very slow to respond and keep repeating the same questions (please provide photos, please provide what items you received) even though my first email contained all the answers to their follow up questions. I am waiting for replacements (and some goodwill?).
