I actually fund the set up and onboarding lacking in information. I have never received a piece of equipment where the QR code did not lead me to a general welcome and set up. I see some of this has been addressed with the new update on the machine itself, but I still have a couple widgets that I don't know what they are used for. Also - I would like it if your workouts/advice reflected new scholarly information on different types of exercisers ie peri and post menopause.

I've been testing the Speediance for a few weeks now, and honestly, I have nothing negative to say about it. Since I got it, I've been working out every day, which definitely wasn’t the case before. It’s just so convenient. I love the bench, the accessories… pretty much everything about it.

I was expecting to hear from someone to schedule the delivery. Instead, the deliver driver showed up one day....i was coincidentally home, but given the size and weight of the boxes i was not ready to receive the delivery. Fortunately I was able to figure out something at the last minute but it was difficult. The website mentions the possibility of 'white glove' service but nobody contacted me. The delivery just showed up. That was not a pleasant experience.

So far so good, everything arrived, I was worried about something missing in the order but I received everything I bought

The entire experience from start to finish has been extremely disappointing. After placing my order, I did not receive any shipping updates, and the tracking information provided was not updated by the carrier. The delivery also arrived nearly two weeks past the stated timeframe. When the unit finally arrived, it was broken and defective. Instead of being offered a straightforward replacement, I was given troubleshooting steps that seemed more appropriate for a technician. I then had to call in to explain the issue myself, including the error code indicating a faulty motor. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and initiated a replacement shipment however, that was two weeks ago, and I have still not received any shipping confirmation or updates.

Speediance Canada support has been amazing answering all my questions and throwing amazing promotions my way !

Shopping experience was good, equipment is good quality. Lack of updates on shipping status after initial notification was a little frustrating. I was lucky that I was able to come home from work to receive it when the delivery driver called to say he was on his way and would be there in an hour. Had no clue where my package was in between the shipping notification and the driver calling me. Would have been nice to be able to plan ahead.

Good machine overall

The shipping times are to long. It takes about two weeks before you get your order. If you are waiting that long to get your product. That is cutting your work out time. You may not be able to work out in that period, while waiting for your parts or cables.
