Damaged item, total nightmare trying to get this resolved and continues to be

Very good and helpful

Very disappointed with this purchase. The table arrived with missing screws for the internal mechanism, which made assembly difficult and incomplete. Also, some parts shown in the instructions were not included in the package. The product does not match what is shown and described. Poor quality and frustrating experience overall. I would not recommend.

Horrible experience

The product was delivered in an unacceptable condition and is incomplete, damaged, and not as ordered. Please see the issues below: 1) At the time of delivery, the FedEx driver informed me that the package was not properly packed, and the product had already come out of the box. The driver had to apply additional external packing himself. 2) When delivered, the items inside the box were falling out of the packaging. 3) Upon opening, it was clear that the product was not in its original factory p

Very bad customer service, no response to emails and false promises made to deliver the product.

Customer service very very slow after 3 weeks of taking delivery off a damaged table I still haven’t received a replacement and this one still not picked up

I had to chase up for the delivery date which made me a little nervous but it finally arrived two weeks later than advertised

The package arrived open, damaged, without instructions, missing dowels, and with the wrong color legs. In the end, I had to assemble it myself, buying dowels and screws because the package wasn't complete. The table is nice, but the service was very poor.

Absolutely terrible experience. The table arrived damaged. I sent photos of the damaged table to Bera Designs who said they would arrange collection within 7 working days and a full refund. No further communication occurred despite my following up. I consider myself to have effectively been robbed having paid £400 for a damaged and faulty table which despite their assurances has neither been collected or refunded. I have been left with no option but to initiate chargeback proceedings.

There were 2 packages with a single tracking number. They came separately but the no tracking for the second package. It would be nice if tracking is provided for both.

The table arrived about 10 days early

Straightforward ordering, confirmation emails with estimated delivery dates

Missing screws and chipped table. Missing screws still haven't arrived and neither has the partial refund. Would like a full return
