No nonsense in the transaction. The flavor if the update emails were a nice touch, even if they were a little over the top with the narrative. It gave them a nice charm that I didn’t get with other websites :D

The sword is of the very high quality. In the process of making the sword, the last part of the process was neglected. The engraving and the sharpening was omitted.

I had to remind myself, there were also some ambiguities regarding customs, invoicing and shipping, but the delivery finally arrived OK, everything well packaged. Thanks a lot!

Takes a while but came intact

It was easy to order and we received a tracking number, so we could follow it's progress to us. This was very helpful. We received everything we ordered.

After placing my order, I had to wait over a month and a half (and repeatedly emailed) for it to be shipped (significantly late). Despite this, the necessary customs paperwork wasn't properly applied, so my order arrived with a whopping €300 in customs duty on it. I wrote several times, but they never managed to resolve the issue, and after 20 days, the courier obviously disposed of the product. I've filed a PayPal lawsuit and will never visit this site of incompetent scammers again.

The blade is magnificent! The customization options allowed you to get exactly what I wanted, and the customer service was excellent

It took twice as long as advertised to receive the first of three items (wakizashi, 8 weeks as opposed to 3-5 weeks). Now 10 weeks have passed on the second item (katana) is reportedly in shipping, and the third item (wooden stand) I have not even heard of.

They gave me updates on the sword I bought even sent pictures of how it looked when it was finished

I never received the item I ordered and they never responded to my emails when I reached out about it.

Shop anywhere else. They take your money then fail to communicate or send a product. I received a review out product email before getting the product. I cannot imagine another forge would give you this bad of an experience.

I appreciate their willingness to work through my questions and resolve my concerns.
