Have been taking it in my coffee most mornings. The main improvement i was using it to see if it would help with improving my scalp. I have like some sort of eczema. I put it on damp hair & wait about 30mins. It has really worked. My scalp is so much better. I use it about 3 times a week. No other specialist type of shampoo has been able to help with the condition. So pleased. I can now use any shampoo as the Myla’s Moss has done a brilliant job.
