This is my 3rd jar of seamoss and I could not live without it now. I took a break from it previously due to travelling and being unable to keep it refrigerated and noticed such a difference when not taking it! Myla’s moss has given me a much needed energy boost! I was told I had low iron during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy, I was feeling so lethargic in the day. I was prescribed iron tablets which came with a load of other ingredients I didn’t want in me. So I started having 2 tablespoons of this sea moss a day and it changed me. Back to feeling like myself and my having energy again with no added yucky ingredients. I’ve been telling everyone about it.

I ve been taking a tablespoon of Mylas seamoss everyday for around 2 months now and have literally avoided every cold cough and infection my friends and family have had. We love our monthly Seamoss delivery. At first the it took a while for us to get use to the taste and consistency but now we love it! We each have a spoonful before bed every night & we have already started to see the benefits - from clearer skin to more regular bowl movements.

Absolutely love this stuff. My skin looks so much better then like a week ago! I've been getting compliments about my skin and how I loom like I'm glowing. I'll definitely be keeping up with this. And the taste isn't bad like I thought it would be, it's actually really bland which makes it so much easier to eat for me. I like to drizzle a little honey on top to give it a little sweet taste.

I was recommended to try Myla’s Moss through my cousin and I have to admit, I am 1 week into using the seamoss and absolutely love it! I’ve been putting it into a smoothie for my daughter, my mother and I to drink daily and I’m hoping to see a change by the end of July. Takes about 3 days to adjust to the taste and after that, you barely even taste it! I have used it for over a month and my skin is looking much better!

Really like this sea moss for me and my 13 year old. We mix it with orange juice and have it the morning - no unpleasant taste. I've felt less tired during the day and my 13 year olds skin has cleared! Will post another review after a few months. Love the fact it's hydrating my body with minerals.

I suffer with adnemoyosis and tired of taking prescribed medication. Trying to do more supplements and natural remedies this tea honestly in my pre-menstrual stage and even once started has really helped and eased a lot of the symptoms I suffer from. Ok where do I start, the delivery couldn’t have been more straight forward. They give you the option to tell the delivery driver to place it in a safe place before it’s even sent out.
