Have purchased on one off when one bottle would run out before trying the 3 month challenge, which is good as you get 3 bottles for the price of 2. Only thing is the bottle would be finished before the next shipped out. So I buy the one off purchase as soon as mine is done to be more convenient if you’re looking for consistency. But to have just 7-9 days without sea moss there is not much changes while you wait for the next bottle in the challenge.
