I’m not crazy about “Shop”. Our shipment was late and the two boxes arrived about a week apart. That was fine, except that once the first box arrived the order was marked “Complete”. It wasn’t. Shop should be able to do better than that.

Slow to arrive with no updates on progress of the order unless you reach out to the company and ask. Overall quality appears average - some boards are very splintered, knotty/warped, or with holes, and the feet do not fit the legs. Looks decent once assembled, and time will tell if it was worth the price.

Took a bit of time but communication was good. One thing I would recommend is to include in the instructions is to nail the slats down as part of the assembly. If you move the planter the slats will not stay in place. I screwed mine in as part of the assembly.
