We were hesitant but didnt have any issues. I even called and talked to someone avout our order. Takes a bit to ship so be patient ..once shipped didn't take long at all

Ordering the various items was easy. However, once ordered we got no indication of what the estimated delivery date would be. We waited at least a month before we received the items we ordered.

We had no problem ordering the planter, but started to wondering what was going on when it hadn't shipped after over a month. When we poked at them to find out what was going on, they apologized and shipped it right away.

I bought two last year, the quality were very good. But this year I bought additional two and I’m very disappointed with the poor quality.

Great customer service - arrived when they said it would. Forgot to put in the "leg sleeves" with the order and shipped them out immediately.

I did find the site a little convoluted on my Android handheld device, mind you I am a boomer and that could have just been me. I'd be interested to hear what other not so tech savvy customers say. The pickup at your facility was easy and the person helping me could not have been more pleasant, and helpful, loading the car for me.

I received updates on expected shipping and arrival dates.

The ordering to delivery time line I could not quote without scrolling through my email history but since it sat unopened in my kitchen for several weeks I was obviously not too concerned! The design, both of the planter and of the cover, appear to bell thought out and I will be interested to see (a) how the cover reacts to strong wind and (b) how long it lasts. Canadian weather is not kind to plastic: either with frost damage or UV, so time will tell!

Purchasing the product was easy; however, the company used to track and deliver the product is not great.

Easy, my one concern was how to access delivery, found it awkward with that app. Timely notifications through e mail would have been better in my opinion.

The product was delayed due to higher than anticipated sales thus I had an opportunity to connect with customer service. It was easy to do and answers came quickly.

I decided to buy one more garden bed after doing an order a few days before. I sent an email asking Cedar Planters to add 1 to my first order to ensure I wouldn’t pay for delivery and in a couple of minutes everything was done. Credit, addition, payment ✔️

Ordering was easy on-line. Delivery was delayed but still arrived before growing season. The promo was confusing as it stated a pack of 3 winter covers but only 1 arrived...I ordered 3 planters.

Delivery ok, no complaints. Can't tell anything about the quality as we haven't assembled the planter yet due to the heavy winter conditions in Montréal.

I have always had an excellent experience every time I order one of these planters. Very personal - I had a concern about delivery and they addressed my question promptly and with great results. Great company to deal with.

Maybe ask for feedback back in the spring. Not to many places in Canada are in plant outside mode in January or February!
