I had a few questions so I called and spoke to Kylie. She answered all my questions and placed my order for me. She is friendly and knowledgeable, it really helped to have all my questions answered before making a large purchase.

Stacey was most helpful! However, no one could tell me if my machine would actually fit. After many questions, measuring numerous times, and reaching out several times Sew Steady finally said it would fit. The online chat was not helpful!

Everyone on the phone and through email is friendly. One order came imcomplete and it took awhile to correct it but it was completely corrected. I got a coupon that didn't have an experation date. I tried to use it but it didn't work. So I called and was told that the promotion was over. The coupon should have had an experation date on it.

One of the best companies I’ve ordered from. Great communication from placing the order to shipping updates. Items arrived on time and packaged exceptionally well. Directions clear and easy to follow. Very happy with everything I’ve purchased.

I purchased this online. However I had a few questions about delivery and some options so I had called customer service a couple times. I was delighted that someone actually answered the phone without a hundred prompts to go through! There was a very short couple minute wait the one time but it was the holidays so not unexepected. Very pleasant and knowledgeable representatives who actually own DB themselves. Best customer reps I've talked to in a very long while.

When I placed my order, it said shipment would occur within 2-5 days. Two weeks later I sent an email asking about the status of my order, and two days after that it was sent.

Create Room had an easy to navigate website, wonderful selection of products for organizing my craft stash, and respectful, friendly, and helpful staff. I wish I had more space so I could buy another piece of furniture from Craft Room.

I ordered shelves, which showed to be in stock. After 10 business days I messaged to see if maybe my order got missed and was told they were 2 weeks behind. It took a month for me to receive shelves that were supposedly in stock. I would understand if I had ordered a Dreambox at the time. However all I ordered was shelves and some inserts. Both said in stock.. If they are backordered or something, then there should be a note about this. Then I could have prepared for the delay.

It’s great except for I wasn’t able to apply the coupons that you gave me when I went back to order more containers and extras.

The response time is very very good and the customer service is excellent.

Shopping is “easy” but the check out kept crashing on me. First time that happened and it may have been because of the special sale with too many people on it at the same time.

Absolutely love it!!!!

The descriptions on the website were very clear so it was easy to decide which dream box I wanted.

My experience was overall great, but the shipping took quite a while. I understand that happens, and it's worth it for quality. I still would have liked a little more communication to set expectations, though.
