This was one of the most terrible customer service experience I have ever experienced. I paid return shipping for the entire DreamBox due to a family situation. It was returned, unopened in perfect condition on the same pallet it was received on and had no follow-up from the company for well over a month. I had to reach out. Upon reaching out, I was told I would only get my refund of over $3K, which they had been sitting on IF I returned the free gifts, which I had to bring up because I wanted to be honest. So, a $40 shipping fee for these pathetic free gifts was required to get my refund, which was never part of the return discussion. I would only have to pay for return shipping of the actual DreamBox. So, not only did they sit on my return costing ME interest on the finance, but they kept $3K+ in lockdown over $40. Seriously, WTF customer service is this!

You don't EVEN want to know. Your customer service is great, but this has been the ordeal from hell and I still haven't gotten it put together as I finally got the replacement parts today. I wish I had never ordered it and think I will fix it and sell it for a huge loss. I will never recommend this cheap pressboard junk to anyone. I will have one made out of actual wood.

I absolutely CAN NOT say enough about the friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy extended to me by each member of the Create Room staff I have been in contact with so far. They have all gone above and beyond during this purchasing experience and while I wait for delivery of my DB 3. They helped to coordinate my delivery around a Christmas vacation to ensure I wasn't charged any kind of return fee, which I greatly appreciated. I returned to let them know I was ready to receive my DB 3 and they called back within a few hours on a day they were supposed to be closed for the holidays. Unbelievable support and attention to detail! I highly recommend purchasing from this company!
