I placed an order in Nov. They ghosted me for a month. No tracking, no reply to emails. I had to chargeback via my bank because I thought it was a scam. I explicitly told support I was refunded and to CANCEL the order. They shipped it anyway 2 days later. Now I have to waste my time returning a package I didn't want.
Zero accountability and zero communication. #badservice #CustomerServiceFail
