I’m very disappointed with Madison Braids’ return policy, and unfortunately, I would not recommend purchasing unless you are absolutely certain the item will work for you. With a product like this, customers have no way of knowing exactly how the size and color will look with their own hair until they receive it. In my case, the braid was simply too small, and the color wasn’t quite right. I removed it from the packaging only long enough to look at it and hold it up to my hair—I did not wear it.

I bought the messy bun for myself and I received compliments on how good mt hair looked. It is comfortable to wear my hair up I. The summer and the hairpiece makes it easy. I just add some Bobby pins to keep it high on my head.

The color was a match, but I wish it had some natural variations in it with dark blonde and grey.

They send you the wrong color over and over and then take your money and won’t return it. Horrible business

I thought their was a "try before I buy" purchase option, and received an email saying so. But when I returned the item, I was only offered a store credit. Thought I would not have been charged.

Terrible terrible experience. I got the hairpiece you couldn’t try it on and then pay for it. If you tried it on, you could not get your money back so I tried it on. It did not look good on me and I could not get a refund would never deal with this company again

I feel like the braid looks completely different in real life. There's also strands coming out of it so I'm unable to wear it.

Customer service is terrible!! There is no phone number to call and everytime i email i get a “don’t worry it will be fine”. Blowing me off: meanwhile I have almost $400 pending in my account when the charge should only be $37. Why are you hitting my account every day for almost two weeks with a try before you buy? I need it to go away! I’m tired of the run around.

Placed an order by mistake went to cancel it right after I thought it was canceled. Placed the order that I wanted as a try before you buy . Now, waiting for them to credit me on original form of payment.
