First of all I ordered ONE ORIGINAL TOPKNOT.
The order mysteriously changed to TWO UPDATED TOPKNOTS. I tried to correct this mistake and was told it was too late so I was charged almost $90 for a ponytail holder. I don't know about you, but I have to work for my money and this is some bullshit! Then, I received ONE UPDATED TOPKNOT AFTER BEING CHARGED FOR TWO!!! Nobody I wrote to in order to complain even cared or had
any concept of the English language. I don't like the product I now seem to be stuck with and it seems like this is a scam to get rid of a product that is most undesirable. This thing is ugly and I wouldn't be caught dead wearing it. No wonder you have to trick people in order to get rid of them! I ordered one of the original topknots a few years back and liked it. This company has obviously gone downhill and I plan to post the correspondence I received along with the information regarding the double charge all over Facebook in addition to reporting online fraud and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Maybe you think you can trick people out of their money but you just pissed off the wrong single mama!
