I wouldn't reccomend using the general "find my fit" tool if you have specific needs such as hEDS accommodation or hip issues etc. and you know your body best but otherwise its easy to navigate and I love that the pillow automatically comes with a case - its a brilliant way to start rather than forcing people to purchase more to "officially" set themselves up
