Very frustrating & cruel that just opening the vac bag to look at the pillow means not being able to return it. How is anyone meant to know if there’s something wrong without seeing it? Also, it wouldn’t cost much more to include in the vac bag a loose plastic bag the pillow can be put inside so a person can test the pillow without it being a hygiene risk. There’s not enough done to help avoid loss of money for those most vulnerable. It feels like a scam.
