I did need to follow up to get info on shipping after the original order went in. Chubo was great about correspondence when I reached out so really appreciate that. The manufacturer's box for the knife arrived with a little bit of damage, like it had been dropped or handled roughly in the packing; though not enough to warrant a return or a complaint. Seems like shipping could use a little tightening up. Great experience over all.
