Gaslit by the staff about a product I received. The official description card had all the products received, except one was a fake cheap plastic replica of a howlite stone bracelet. The ‘howlite’ was plastic. The response I got was that you don’t use plastic, rather natural components etc etc, no answer on lying about the ‘real howlite’ that is described in your pamphlet THAT CAME WITH THE BOX.
