Love the boxes but I’ve been short shipped the same item twice and still it’s not here. I’m always told I don’t have an account even though I have mystery boxes that come each month. Also always told the tracking numbers attached to my packages (from you) are not correct. Even when you send them personally from an email. I have been told that delivery drivers are the reasons for my short shipments. Just seems like a really unorganized and unprofessional business. Starting to question the quality
