Good quality products, but the packages arrived 25 days (19 business days) after ordering (shipping to the UK). I know I ordered during black friday and the items are hand made, but according to the emails I got my package only got to royal mail 14 business days after ordering and it took another week to get to me after that. When contacting you over the provided email ([email protected]) I got no answer regarding my order. I have more details regarding my experience, but no space here.
