I am extremely surprised that your company is chasing customers for reviews, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They do not care to send the correct items and then don’t care to replace items that have been ordered but not sent. This company have blocked my social media account so I can no longer chase my missing item, absolutely appalling

I received the wrong item, getting a yuki tsunoda Helmet instead of a Kimi antonelli one, which is one of the reasons I ordered this set as I’m a huge Mercedes fan. I politely emailed customer services over a month ago and have still heard nothing back.

Delivery did not arrive

In total order, one item was missing, one was incorrect and no reply to repeated emails and messages. Products received are good, but customer service is not.

I will most likely be buying more!

Whole process was smooth without any trouble

You could improve as a company by actually delivering goods and replying to customer emails instead of sending emails asking to review products that were not actually received by your customers. As I ordered this over 3 months ago and you have not delivered it or replied to my numerous emails, I clearly have nothing to review other than your poor service Any potential customers thinking about buying anything from this company - DON'T. Buy from a reputable company instead.

Ordered 3 items as gifts took about 4 weeks to arrive and once it did one of them was broken messaged them several times with no response whatsoever

After 14 days from ordering items I then sent 2 emails enquiring about my order and I never got an answer to any of them, it was another 3 days before I got a tracking update from the Royal Mail.
