I was disappointed with the lack of communication from order to arrival. There was no response to my request for update as to arrival as several weeks had gone by. At one point I was convinced I had been scammed. Once Royal Mail had parcel it arrived within a couple of days.

I ordered 2 keychains on december 8. One month and a half later (Jan 22nd ) I received an e-mail telling me that there are extra fee for shipping from the UK. The fee for clearance is higher than the price of the items.

Whilst I was waiting for my items I attempted to contact the company multiple times via emails and messages on social media platforms. However, all of these attempts to contact them were ignored and I was left believing that I had been scammed. Even though I have received my items I am disgusted by the wait time and the way the company have conducted themselves. I would not recommend buying from this company
