Whilst the product itself is great the customer service is appalling. I ordered this and other items at the end of November as a Christmas present for my niece and nephew, thinking this should be plenty of time for it to arrive. I heard absolutely nothing from the company with no update as to when it would be dispatched. As Christmas approached I emailed them (as the only way to contact the company) to chase dispatch. I had no response. The product eventually arrived in early January.

I wouldn't purchase anything again.

Takes quite a while but you will get your order. Could be quicker.

Shipping was very slow but the products look nice and fit well

Awful. Don't buy. No way of contacting the company. Order was months late.

It took an extremely long time for the order to even be shipped, let alone delivered. The wait could've been worth it if the correct product arrived, but it didn't at that.

No customer service and awful experience waiting for order to arrive. It took over a month. This is disappointing as you’d think they would have more logistics in place to manage a high volume of orders during the winter month, especially if they had money to spend on social media ads.

Make sure you have the capacity to deliver orders in any reasonable timescale if going to promote black Friday sales

Terrible customer service. Products arrived after 5 weeks and after trying to contact three times I had no response.

Love the item, shame about the lack of customer service. Order placed 28th November, despatched 19th December (which is more than the 10 working days stated in my confirmation email on the 28th November). Order finally arrived on 5th January 2026, sadly too late be go in our fill your own crackers for Christmas. I have emailed and messaged several times to chase and also ask what caused the delay. No response received. Would not recommend company, nice product though.

Poor customer service. Ordered for Xmas, never received and was sent a royal mail tracking number that didn't work

A bit more communication on felivery times.

Thank you for this, it makes it easier to know who is driving with F1 car cause of their helmets are different. Even with a few mods to the cars the helmets makes it that touch better.

didnt receive any of the free extra that my order qualified for. also took almost a month to receive my order with no updates or communications
