I was disappointed with the lack of communication from order to arrival. There was no response to my request for update as to arrival as several weeks had gone by. At one point I was convinced I had been scammed. Once Royal Mail had parcel it arrived within a couple of days.

I ordered 2 keychains on december 8. One month and a half later (Jan 22nd ) I received an e-mail telling me that there are extra fee for shipping from the UK. The fee for clearance is higher than the price of the items.
