We had a really bad experience, and I don’t often write reviews. Shipping took a long time and we received no reply to an email enquiring about estimated delivery post purchase. The delivery driver delivered the rug to the correct house number in a completely different street in our suburb! It’s very lucky we recognised the surroundings in the delivery photo from walking the dog and could drive to the house to take it. The delivery photos showed a received signature but the occupants of the house had no idea it was at their front door. So concerning that this was left somewhere else entirely and fake signed for. Horrific all in all, would not recommend.
